This course is a continuation of the study of organic compounds stressing synthetic methods for the interconversion of functional groups, reaction mechanisms, and structure-reactivity relationships. 150 minutes of lecture and 180 minutes of laboratory per week.

Prerequisite(s): CHE 2416 with a C or better.
