EXS 1320 - Basic Concepts of Wellness

By focusing on mental, emotional, physical, intellectual, and spiritual wellbeing, this course will introduce the student to ways to develpp and maintain lifetime physical and emotional health. The student will also explore how individual lifetime wellness habits are important contributors to a sustainable society.
