COU 6308 - Advanced Counseling

This advanced competency-based course emphasizes hands-on experience, requiring students to demonstrate proficiency in essential counseling concepts and advanced techniques drawn from a range of theoretical approaches. Through practical application, students develop skillsfundamental to building and modeling a therapeutic counseling relationship, applying therapeutic interventions, always with a focus on multicultural sensitivity and ethical integrity.
