Introduction to the thermodynamic and kinetic approaches to chemical systems, emphasizing a critical understanding of the principles and limitations of these approaches. Three hours of lecture and three hours of laboratory per week.

Prerequisite(s): Take CHE 2417 with a minimum grade of C. Take MAT 1325.
