ATR 3340 - Gen Med Concepts Athletic Train
3 Credits
This course is a study of general medical conditions, as they relate to the profession of athletic training. The course will cover the knowledge and skills necessary for effective performance as an entry-level certified athletic trainer as prescribed by the most recent edition of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Athletic Training Educational Competencies or CAATE Professional Standards. This class may meet off-campus.
Prerequisite(s): Take ATR 2205 and admission to clinical phase athletic training program.
